Two technicians arrived on time to repair Maytag dryer, . I found them to be knowledgeable, professional, honest, repaired it successfully. They did diagnostics first, found the problem very quickly, replaced the old part with a new part, their charge was reasonable, I highly recommend them to anyone with problems with their appliances of any brands and models.
They are J&M appliance service men, repaired my appliance on May 21, 2019.

to the letter dated July 23, ; re: case # XXXXXXX:
At the very outset I would like to inform my customer that I am extermely sorry for what has happened
As the customer/complainant claimed, the call was booked and the company technician had visited the placeWhile removing the hair pins from the pump, he was actually trying to repair the washer without changing the pump, which could save the customer a hefty sum of moneyHe had a very good intention and did it in good faithOnce the blockages are removed from the pump, some machines will work and some may notThats why the technician told the customer that it may or may not workWe (may) have charged the service call, but did not take any labour charge as the work was not comepletedWe booked parts for the machine and was waiting for to get itSometimes it takes a couple of weeks or more to get certain partsUsually we call back the customer once we receive the parts
In this case, from the complaint letter, I understand that the customer felt that we left the job incomplete and won't come back againIt was an utter misunderstanding or lack of proper communicationWe never leave any customer unhappy or unsatisfied deliberately as we are a highly rated company which always puts the customer firstMoreover our company believe that 'business is built upon trust'
I regret the inconvenience caused to the customer and I apologize to them for the unintentional delay in the matterI am still willing to discuss the matter with the customer and ready for an amicable resolution
We are also ready to bear the expenses for repairing the washer if the customer wants it to be repaired by a different company
