Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] we Have to disagree with everthing Jerry [redacted] has said I his statement, we tried turning the bolls into the extended warranty but it covers only powertrainMr [redacted] offers a 3month mile on all his vehicles, even ifthis isnt the case he said he put new tires and brakes on this.I dont know whar backyard mechcanic he uses but this wouldnt of happened if the caliper bolts where torqed to specs,we should be reinbursed for the expenes we our out and he can deal with whomever did this, my yr old daughter and yr granddaughter ride in this death trap thats all it was when putback toogether like thisIts pretty sad when his helper agrees this was all uncalled for and its dangerous,as far as our trade in I told him the only thing wrong was a slight oil leak and it was on a recall list and I turned over the recall letter, for the lie on the transmission we never had any problems if it was leaking so bad it would of left puddles where ever it was sitting if that was the case why would you continue to drive it,cause it never happenedas for the spare tire if the same mechanic got it cause he cant even do a brake job right,I have no problem getting it my self but not for &I should be compensated for time and travel expenes. If this is not handled right with beig reinbursed,we will take him to small clames court and asking for incompintance in his part of selling a death trap that had a pretty shotty brake jod in the first place.maybe Mr Stillers would let me work on one of his cars and let one of his family drive it and fill if he feels safe, just want to get this taken care of where we can wash our hands clean of this major mess Thanks [redacted]

where to begin, > so here goes, I just opened the mail as I pay most accounts on about the 20th of the month each month, we're a small operation here in Lebanon, IndianaI help people get cars, trucks and vans, that most > have no so good credit, that's how I got acquainted with Mr ***, he called me from one of my adsAnyway, he came and seen the truck, > the radio was working fine when he purchased the vehicle, I only found out later that the guy that traded it has a premium paid serviced with > that radio and he shut it off, so that would explain the radio thing. I don't warranty any type of radio at all here, especially Ford or GM, > you can buy better ones and a lot cheaper at *** my opinion of courseAnyway, that oil had been changed as we did it here, it may > not have been reset for the oil life, that's something you have to manually do everytime you change the oil, but it had been changedAs > for my selling price, it was at $plus tax, bmv and doc fee as is said on the internet and on the sales order that he signedHe bought a warranty, I believe for $plus $doc fee and BMV fee, sales tax was > $which altogether comes to $minus his $leaves him $I believeAs with any customer if they purchase other things the cost of their sale goes up> My dealership even delivered his vehicle to him because with this vehicle the lender made us put in a GPS devise so it would be traceable wherever he wasThis cost him nothing for the devise or > delivery feeI believe we acted in good faith all the way around and he has no complaintsHe's even contacted me in helping with a claim on his warranty, which by the way has nothing to do with us, its a > separate agreement between him and the warranty companyWe have nothing here to hide from you or himHe is confused about the prices > of the other things I guess, he is certainly entitled to cancel them. This is a deal done at most dealerships everyday of the week> I hope this helps resolve the issue> Jerry A S***

I received your letter about the *** concerns a few days ago, we just returned from VacationTo be honest this guy doesn't seem to ge where the warranty is, it certainly isn't with usI've used this warranty company for over year now ant they pay out wellMr *** came marching in my
office and handed me a big hi?l and expected me to just cut him a check for what he believe I shouldI informed him that he bought a warranty with this company and he said he knew that but he also had a month mile warranty that should cover itThe month mile warranty is the same warranty that our company buys for the customer, we do not warranty anythingthe warranty is with the warranty company and that month mile warranty is only power train, it covers only engine and transmission parts and labor, it covers nothing elseIt is the Dnvetrain Plus Coverage which you can read on the sheet that I've sent you. That being said, he did purchase an extended warranty which it does say that it covers it, but he needs to turn it in to them, which I don't believe he hasI tried to tell him that, but he just got more angry and stormed out of our office and said he'd turn me inI guess he kept his promise to thatAnyway, he traded a car in with us on this deal and I asked him point blank if that car had any problems with it You see his daughter whom bought the Jeep, didn't have any credit and we were going to help her get a car which we did, however she needed a certain amount of money downHis car would do thatHe told me 'nothing is wrong with this car", so I drove it and it seemed fineWe cleaned it up and put it for sale on our lotWe sold it in a couple of weeks and the guy who bought it drove it over the weekend and the transmission was leaking like crazy and thus the tranny feel out That cost me on that oneThe mechanic told us that it was leaking badly for a long timeMr *** knew that when he traded it in and didn't tell usHe got meAs far as a wheel the junk yard sent us the wrong one, I'll get that handled as soon as I can find one, or he can get one up to $and I'll pay him for thatId rather him get it so he doesn't have a problem anymore with itI'm not paying any more toward this Jeep with him having this warranty, He should have turned it in to them, I think be got overly anxious and just did the repairs before he called themThat's where we atSincerely,
Jerry * ***

The owner *** is very unprofessionalHung up on me and incredibly rude on the phone! The vehicle advertised in his website is not the vehicle he has on his lotIn the description of the van it says "perfect inside and outIt offers many options such as power windows power doors power locks" it does not have power doorsWhile it does have power windows and locks nothing else is accurate in this descriptionHe is NOT a very good business manRude and shady!

we Have to disagree with everthing Jerry [redacted] has said I his statement, we tried turning the bolls into the extended warranty but it covers only powertrain. Mr[redacted] offers a 3month 3000 mile on all his vehicles, even ifthis isnt the case he said he put new tires and brakes on this.I dont know whar backyard mechcanic he uses but this wouldnt of happened if the caliper bolts where torqed to specs,we should be reinbursed for the expenes we our out and he can deal with whomever did this, my 19 yr old daughter and  2 yr granddaughter ride in this death trap thats all it was when putback toogether like this. Its pretty sad when his helper agrees this was all uncalled for and its dangerous,as far as our trade in I told him the only thing wrong was a slight oil leak and it was on a recall list and I turned over the recall letter, for the lie on the transmission we never had any problems if it was leaking so bad  it would of left puddles where ever it was sitting if that was the case why would you continue to drive it,cause it never happened. as for the spare tire if the same mechanic got it cause he cant even do a brake job right,I have no problem getting it my self but not for &75.00 I should be compensated for time and travel expenes. If this is not handled right with beig reinbursed,we will take him to small clames court and asking for incompintance in his part of selling a death trap that had a pretty shotty brake jod in the first place.maybe Mr Stillers would let me work on one of his cars and let one of his family drive it and fill if he feels safe, just want to get this taken care of where we can wash our hands clean of this major mess.
                    Thanks [redacted]

I did pay for a warranty but the only mention about the radio is if it is after market. Which it is the factory radio.
