I am rejecting this response
because: Although they have confirmed that they are in the wrong they still have not communicated with me at anytime other than me calling them. Simply stating to Revdex.com or me that work s/b done ASAP is not a commitment of when the work will be completed. This question, I've asked repeatedly since the completion date was to be 02/14/2017. In speaking with son once & twice to the owner, I still know nothing as far as when the work will be done or completed. I've asked them to communicate with me before going to the property & they refuse to do so. A list of items that need to be done (but not limited to) the following are: glass shower door, carpet, repair of sprinkler system & yard restored, ceiling repaired in main part of home, cracked window repaired, back fence repaired & trash removal. After selecting the carpet March 7, 2017, early on in the project *** *** is now stating that they will not be installing carpet. No one pays $60,for a cement floor. The conversation that my Dad had with JM was they suggested laying tile for ease of wheel chair movement. However, my Father disagreed & told them he wanted carpet as he has carpet all thru out his house. The carpet choice was chosen during this process & given to JM Builders. Now *** *** has stated they will not be laying carpet\tile at all. It's really sad that this company does as they please when they please & think its ok. Laying of concrete was 12/18/with completion date of 2/14/17, As of today May 18th, the above work still needs to be completed. I need closure immediately. The time taken for this room addition has inconvenienced faeily & JM Builders has no compassion or professionalism as to their business ethics. It hurts me to know my Father should have been able to enjoy the fruits of his labor before his passing, JM should be ashamed how they have done my Father, my Sister In Law & myself through out this entire project.

Yes we are in agreement with Mrs*** that this job should have already been completed We like a few items in finishing and they are in motion now to be completed ASAP We hopeto be completed very soon.Thank you,*** ***JM BUILDERS

yes there are a few items left to completre on Mr [redacted]"s project.  I am simply trying to get paid for the extras that he requested.I have already called my brick mason to correct the stone fence.  The relocation of attic pull down stairs and readjusting the garage door needs to bedone...

and replacing the grass is not in my contract.  I am sending two attachments; one is a copy of my signed proposal and the other is a statementfor extras that were request and as you will see they are all legitimate.
