Advanced heating & Air went above and beyond when we called them at 11pm one night when our air conditioning went outIt was one of the hottest nights this summer and we had gotten home with our new baby earlier that dayWe called our warranty company and they were not able to send anyone out until the next dayWe took a chance and called Advanced Heating & Air and they had a tech " [redacted] at our house 45mins laterHe noticed that plants had grown up around our ouside unit and shorted out some electrical componentHe cleared the bushes and replaced the part, our air was back on, we were very happy

I hired J&M to replace our roof and gutters and they did an incredible job Very professional, very fair, very thorough The job was completed in just one day when I thought it was going to take longer There wasn't a single piece of debris left behind either I very highly recommend J&M

Terrible service the lady over the phone is very unprofessional and rudeMy dad made an appointment my dad made an appointment for one of their techs to come out to fix our air conditioningHe called them Friday the 3rd and they were suppose to come out yesterday which was Tuesday around 3pm or 3:30pm and my mom called their office when she came in from work and the woman on the phone told her that a tech would be out first thing in the morning then after having my mom on hold for min
My mom was quick to correct her and said that we had a tech scheduled to come out in the morningThen the woman put my mom on hold for the second time and came back to say it was her mistake and that the tech would call her to minutes before they came to our houseMy mom pressed her since their office closed at 5pm that a tech would indeed come out even if their office is closedSo we are sitting around the house staring at my mom's phone waiting for the tech to callNo one ever showed!

Deserves starsWORST COMPANY EVER! 2-Home Warranty assigned this pathetic excuse of a business to fix a leaking water heaterThe 1st time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, AH&C cancelled because a plumber had chiggersThe 2nd time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, the plumber spent minutes here, collected $and said he would return in days at an unspecified time with a new partThe 3rd time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, AH&C never arrived or called to say the new part was not covered by 2-At the very end of the business day 2-called to give me the news2-said AH&C was keeping the $AH&C said 2-was keeping the $Each one said I had to take it up with the other company to get a portion of the $back since a service call is $and does not apply to a repair, unlike other plumbing companies

J & M Construction replaced the roof of house in and did an excellent job, from the quoting process through completion of the work
Eduardo C*** provided excellent customer service, as he discussed the different options and helped to insure we were getting not only the best value, but the best materials and installation practices...and yet still keeping our budget in mind through the whole process
They installed the architectural shingles on the main roof, and the rubber membrane over the flat roof portion of our house
It has been a year since the install, and all is well...we would be happy to highly recommend J & M Construction and Eduardo C*** to anyone

Advanced Heating and Air was contacted by my Home Warranty company to come out and fix my heating unit on 1/2/ It is now 1/12/and I still do not have heatI am still waiting on a part that was ordered incorrectly twice Originally the work was to be completed on 1/7/2015, and since that day I have been told it will be completed on the following day Hence, it is now supposedly to be fixed on 1/13/I have never been more disappointed with service from any business in my life This is the first complaint I have filed with Revdex.com Hoping to have heat tomorrow after experincing the coldest winter in East TN in recent years

I have used your company twice in the last year. Both times a service tech named [redacted] arrived at my house timely and with a professional manner. My problem was serviced quickly and efficiently. Nice well groomed young man. Bravo.
