I am responding to the complaint made by Mr***I done this job about months agoWhen I finished this job I had Mr*** examine when I finishedMr*** was very pleasedWhat I do is take half of the bid when we sign a contract then when I finish the work I have the owner go over the
finished product and when they are satisfied I received the remaining balanceIf the customer is not satisfied for whatever reason I do it over until they areIn this case I did do over the fireplace, In which I paid for the second time, costing me to take a minus on this jobIf Mr*** had contacted me about the rock in front of his home I would have gladly taking care of thisI have been doing this for about years and 95% of my customers are satisfiedIn my line of work yes seldomly rock will fall off and if in case or do I do return the home to fix themI honestly think that I am not responsible for paying for another contractor to redo when this is a simple fixable situation Thank-you Joel's Masonry
