I had lease contract with Audi Fremont on Sep22 and issued the leasing price to Audi Fremont as below.So I went and got quotation from Stevens Creek Audi which was much better than Fremont. 600 usd(Fremont price) Vs 560 usd ( Steven creek). Stevens Creek dealership gave me better options as well, were extremely graceful, and were very considerate. They were thinking a lot from point of view of the customer.

I want to point out the Finance Manager who was dealing with the explanations for lease end protection was Arnel Leyco. When I sign off the contract, he never explained cancellation policy and he was very rude and had a bad attitude. It was Sunday night and it was getting a little late (around 9pm), but he looked very rushed, not paying attention to details and he just looked like he wanted to get home, rather than doing the work correctly. This, from the customer’s view is very uncomfortable because it leaves possibility for errors that can cause headaches to fix later, such as information being filed incorrectly to insurance company and DMV etc. I recorded it to my cell phone to share it with you.

If I can return the car, it will be best. If they can match up, it will be OK also. Stevens Creek dealership explained to me that cancellation fee is 500 usd in 7 days also. They are very good group of salesmen and saleswomen, are disciplined, and flexible. They seem very good with customers. I may write about this experience on the internet to let others know what it’s like to get a new vehicle from Fremont Audi which was terrible and intimidating. If Fremont Audi to match up the price, I am fine. But If I can return, it will be best to get Stevens Creek Audi’s offer. I really think you need to train your staff, salespersons, manager and general manager again to improve customer experience at your Audi Fremont dealership. It was utterly shocking when one of the manager told me he will call the police to get me out of store even though I need to talk with sales woman who I made the deal with. How can you do that to a customer??? Call the police??? All in all, my experience with Audi Fremont has been poor, unforgiving, intimidating, shocking, disrespectful, and inconsiderate.

They bought a car but yet continued to shop after delivery and someone at Stevens Creek Audi said that they could do it at 50.00 less a month.

The price we gave them was lower than True Car pricing or Costco.

They wanted to renegioate which we could not do.

Just a fraudulent dealership experience from top to bottom. Use special deal pricing advertising on select cars to get you to the dealership, then say those cars are no longer available. Show you a really nice test drive car, then sell you a car that is just different enough so that no one wants it. They did TWO hard credit pulls for one lease in the same day, then told me it was Audi policy. Called Audi, no policy exists. Tried to follow up for weeks with the dealer, no response to voicemail or email, finally called Audi national and their ownership group threatening legal action which got a call back. The GM the proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes about the same policy (which does not exist).

When *** and I spoke last week his only complaint was the running of his credit by the dealership and Audi credit.

I explained to him that it was standard practice that we run his credit because we have to see which credit tier he would fall into plus we have certain compliance issues that we need to verify.

*** did sign a credit application that we have on file that does give us permission to run his credit and allow us to send his info into Audi Finance.

I tried to explain this to *** but he was not accepting this.

I am rejecting this response because:

The dealership GM called to “address the issue” but instead of trying to explain a policy, just argued that their policy was the end all. Because of his argumentative nature, I did not address any other claims with the business directly. I have hired an attorney and will pursue legal action imminently.
