J & M Hauling

I hired and paid J&M Hauling to leave us a 10 yard dumpster for seven days, at the end of the seven days they did not pick it up, we called numerous times and asked them to remove the dumpster, we were given excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't remove it, the house is up for sale and the dumpster still remains out front, our weekly phone calls are still met with excuses, I have found J&M Hauling to be unreliable, I am in desperate need to have this removed, what can I do?
