I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My Husband did not agree with them . Why would anyone agree to water being in their basement ? Also my Husband told Jim you wouldn't want this at your house would you and Jim said nothing. Jim knew then and now my Husband was not satisfied but that didn't matter to him . He had already gotten our money. They knew the work was unsatisfactory, one of their own Employees told us this . This Man is not telling the truth and he knows it. The driveway even has cracks in it and this is something else they guaranteed not to happen. Another Employee running the paving machine said Joe and Jim didn't' have any idea what they were talking about when my Husband showed him the contract . They were suppose to take out the bottom part that was all crumbled up and put 3 inches of asphalt in and they did not do this. Instead they just paved over it. My Husband is not satisfied with this job just as much as me. Joe even said he would come back and look at it again for us to give it a little time. And of course nothing !

This is in response to your letter regarding the above customer complaint. Jim H[redacted] (my salesman) and I met with the customer to address her complaint and at that time, we told her our plan to correct the issue regarding the hump in the driveway. We were in agreement on how we were going to fix...
this.Our company went out and repaired the hump as agreed. Mrs. [redacted] called us later and said we had only created a bigger mess and had made a dip where the hump had been. Jim H[redacted] and I then went out and met with her and her husband. Her husband said he did not have a problem with our work so we assumed there was no further issue.We did offer to come back and seal the driveway free of charge as a good customer relations effort and left the customer's house.We feel that the workmanship was done in a satisfactory manner.
