I am currently in the process of repayment but it is broken down into several payments so there's nothing to report as of yet

In most circumstances Mr*** would not be receiving a cash refund he would only be receiving equipment per hosted company refund policyHowever, Mr*** was made an exception due to his kindness and understanding while I was out severely ill and unable to workI am a one-man business
so that greatly affected me being able to perform the services Mr*** on the equipment paid forHowever for the record we do have a signed repayment agreement and are resolving the problem

I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to receive any repayment.  First 2 payments have not been received within the 5 day grace he was given.  He also sold my equipment from what he says.  I have plenty of of evidence in the inappropriate things that have occured since February.  If the payments begin to arrive then I will accept this as resolved but until then they are just words.  Mt backus said he would be sending a check today so we will see if that actually happens.
