LIGHT ON,WHICH WE HAD CHECKED OUT AND RESOLVED.AROUND THE FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER 2014 MS. [redacted] CONTACTED ON OF OUR SALESMAN WITH A CONCERN OVER A LIGHT THAT HAS COME ON.AT THIS TIME SHE WAS ADVISED TO COME BY DEALERSHIP SO WE CAN TAKE A LOOK AT IT.WHEN MS [redacted] CAME IN WE US USED A COMPUTER TO CHECK VEHICLE WHICH IN TURN INDICATED A FEW LIGHTS ON, MS [redacted] WAS ADVISED TO TAKE VEHICLE TO LOCAL MECHANIC.NOT HEARING BACK FROM CUSTOMER WE ASSUME SHE HAS GOTTEN PROBLEM RESOLVED.ON OR AROUND NOVEMBER 25 WE RECEIVE A CALL FROM MS. [redacted].OUR SECRETARY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND ADVISED ME MS [redacted] WAS ON HOLD WAS VERY RUDE AND WANTED TO TALK TO THE OWNER.AS I PICKED UP THE PHONE MS. [redacted] WAS YELLING THAT SHE WANTED HER CAR FIXED.I CALMLY EXPLAINED TO HER THE PROCEEDURE AND ADVISED HER TO TAKE IT TO THE MECHANIC.MS [redacted] CONTINUED TO BE RUDE & WHICH I EXPLAINED I WILL DO WHAT I CAN TO HELP IF SHE WERE TO CALM DOWN.OUR GOAL IS TO ACCOMODATE EVERY CUSTOMER TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY,BUT IT TAKES COOPERATION TO GET ISSUES RESOLVED.AFTER RECEIVING LETTER FROM Revdex.com WE REALIZE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.IN CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT SHE STATES THAT SHE IS GOING TO NEED A NEW MOTOR AND SHE HAS TO PAY 2800 DOLLARS. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE I CONTACT WARRANTY PROVIDER AND EXPRESS MY CONCERNS.AFTER A LENGHTY CONVERSATION ,WE CONCLUDED THAT FROM DATE OF PURCHASE MS [redacted] HAD DRIVEN XXXXX MILES WHICH WAS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY WOULD PAY FOR REPAIRS LESS FLUIDS AND TAXES.IF MOTOR HAD ISSUES FROM DAY ONE CUSTOMER WOULD NOT HAVE EXCEEDED ONE THOUSAND MILES MUCH LESS XXXXX. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE MS [redacted] HAS HAD THESE ISSUES.WE FEEL WE SOLD MS [redacted] A SOLID DEPENDABLE VEHICLE.WE APOLOGIZE FOR HER INCONVENIENCE . I do not accept this response because [redacted], the owner of this business, was not only extremely hateful to me and hung up on me twice when I was trying to figure my vehicle situation out but he was also very hateful to my mother when she called trying to calmly speak to the man. He hung up on her as well. He lied about several things in his response the first being that they resolved the issue with my traction control light. I had to have another party fix that issue because when I took my vehicle to them initially they hooked it up to the computer and told me that it was showing 8 codes and they did not know why. I was on my own from there. I will never deal with this business again and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of how they do business before they get stuck in this same situation. I'm not going to bicker back and forth. I just want it to be known how this business owner "accomadates every customer". Thank you.
