Thank you for the information given on the above caseWe at Cundiff Heating do our best to serve our customers as fairly as we canThis case I’m not sure about her statement we installed and incorrect partThis was over a year ago with no problems.We ordered the condenser fan motor (outside unit)
for the original manufacture and I have attached the invoice to showShe may be confused since this has been over a year ago and the original service call was on the week-end and the service tech explained we could use a universal motor which was less expensive, but found that a factory motor was required and we ordered the following Monday (15th) and installed on Tuesday June 16thThis part would have a standard year parts and labor warrantyI have attached copies of work sheets with dates and also the original invoice for the motor installed from the distributor of the equipment(***)We receive a message from her about weeks ago taken by our dispatcher to have a manager call her and *** *** **returned her call and she returned ours and this happened a couple times and we never connectedShe never discussed with dispatcher as needing a service call or anything other than having a manager call her backThus, we knew nothing about a problem until this message.If she could provide us a copy of her invoice as to what was done by the other company and in fact anything to do with the motor being installed wrong we will take into consideration for a refund and go back to the distributor if that be the case on the credit for motorWe confirmed with the supplier that the motor installed is correct and ran for at least a year with no problemsPer our agreement our parts have a year parts and labor warranty (Which has expired at this time of contract)Please let us know how to proceed.Sincerely,*** *** **Service Manager

After reviewing complaint ID *** and conducting an internal review of the situationCundiff Heating and Air Condition has made a good faith offer of $to help offset the cost of a new HVAC system for the customer's homeWhile Cundiff Heating and Air Conditioning had no control over the
numerous breakdowns the customer experienced, we do recognize this customer made every effort in maintaining the performance of their system through a yearly service agreement programFailure of the replacement compressor did occur outside of the manufactures warranty period but did so seemingly prematureWe hope this $will restore the faith in our customer service that the customer once heldWe have tried for over years to maintain the highest standards of customer service for all of our customers we serveWe hope to have the chance to serve this customer in the futurePayment will be issued within to business days.
