residencyMsMartin made another complaint about this resolved dispute after move out in an attempt to have her final move out balance for $droppedSavannah Place management determined that the final charges were valid, due and would not be droppedWe have contacted the management and they have confirmed that the balance is currently dueThe management's response, final itemized charges, invoice, move out condition and pictures are attached
If the balance is paid in full we are authorized to deleted the collecction account from MrsMartin's credit reports with TransUnion, Equifax and Experian credit bureaus

I have yet to receive a document for verification and yes of course if you have my SSN and my date of birth you will pull up all kinds of information about me. No different then obviously someone else did. So Alexander Rose asked for verification of where I was living and that I can send that to the credit bureaus and dispute with them, which is what I did I provided my bill being that it was so long ago I don't have my lease nor does my kids schools that they were attending. Again I will state this is not my debt, and would like it removed. I will also at this time reach out and get my fraudulent paperwork in order to provide because I'm not accepting a debt for a thief
