On 9/4/Mr [redacted] purchased Lexus Es after he test drove it he check the Carfax history report and agree on price $ that include TTL knowing that Mr [redacted] was informed that the car is sold as is with no warranty on itAll the records signed by Mr [redacted] and us are attached with letterThanks
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the documents were falsified and never explained to me at the time to signing and I have a witness that will testify the amount paid for the vehicle was $cash Also, the vehicle was sold with numerous safety hazards that were not made known until after the vehicle was driven a certain distance which was not possible at the time of the test drive due to the amount of gasoline in the vehicle being extremely low The owner of this business is a liar and a cheat I have recorded phone conversations during which the owner expressed his willingness to fix the problem causing the CHECK ENGINE light to be triggered and he has still to this day not done so Regards, [redacted] ***

Also, the vehicle was sold with numerous safety hazards that were not made known until after the vehicle was driven a certain distance which was not possible at the time of the test drive due to the amount of gasoline in the vehicle being extremely low. The owner of this business is a liar and a cheat.
