On the 22nd of February 2016 one of our J&M representatives that had an appointment to be at Mr. [redacted] home to meet with an adjuster  at 12 noon and was unable to be there. He was unable to make it due to him being double booked. I spoke with the home owner and apologized many times. This...

rarely happens but occasionally does, unfortunately. Our representatives position there is to walk with the adjuster and show each other what findings are there. We have no say in what the adjuster writes in his report, therefore we can not write a report ourselves and submit it to them. I was informed that the field adjuster [redacted] found less than 25% of damage on the roof and the interior - 20 damages shingles on the main roof, 5 damaged shingles on the garage roof and some interior damage all of which he estimated to be less than his deductible. J&M Roofing is sending out one of our supervisors to do another inspection to see if we agree with these findings, if not we will proceed, as we always do, by asking the homeowner to ask for a second opinion from a different adjuster to come out and reassess the damage. Once this is scheduled our supervisor will 100% be at this appointment and we will carry on from there. I have contacted the homeowner Mr.[redacted] and explained to him the steps we will be taking to resolve this issue.
