On 3/15/in the middle of the night there were fraudulant charges of $each identified as POS AT&T On 4/I became aware of the fraudulant activity and notified SBB On 4/I recevied the paperwork to complete and sent it back that afternoon I requested my ATM card be cancelled and a new one be sent to me They took the paperwork and told me that it should be resolved in the next days Basically, my business has been without $ I still have not received the money back from the fraudulant transactions They are now saying it is a problem with their credit card company and Visa
I've used them for a few years since starting my online business As a small startup, I wanted it easy and inexpensive to open and maintain a bank account, and SBB fit the bill They are pretty bare bones (e.g., online interface is basic), but no major complaints over the years Thanks, SBB!
