Review: I saw a fur vest in a retailer store of J. [redacted] but they did not have the right size. So I asked the store to place a special order from [redacted]. After I received the vest, I found the fur shade is very different from the one I saw in the store. And as a matter of fact, the fur used in my vest is of a much lower level than the store one. After contacting multiple times with the store and [redacted], they did not will to solve this problem and I ended up in paying very high price for a vest with low quality.Desired Settlement: Refund
