I'm as the owner of the property not even suppose to know all technical aspects of AC installationMy position is easyCompressor part of AC System is constantly failing, I'm calling experienced company to detect problem and fix the system.Company detecting problem, changing broken compressor and giving me a year warranty on parts and month warranty on laborTwo weeks after the compressor failing like two previous ones all in 2-week time periodThat means that company did not detect problem properly and failed compressor re installation as the result.Therefore company contacted me and asking to pay more money for re installation of the same compressor againStating that some other part of system was not installed properly Questions Where they was looking first time?Why I have to pay twice for the same thing?

I have not gotten an inspection reportAt this time, I don't think I need oneI would like to see Mr***'s inspection report I feel very strongly that had J&MM Services correctly diagnosed the problem, they would have replaced the coil that [redacted] heating installed, and the compressor that J&MM installed wouldn't get stuck againI wouldn't be having this problem againI feel that I am entitled to a refund, especially if they will not honor their warranty to return and fix the problem If the business would be willing to mediate, I would be willing to do that I will be unavailable from March 1st through March 24th

While I am sympathetic to Mr***'s complaints, he is looking to the wrong company for relief. Our company J & MM Services, LLC was first requested to provide an electrical ground and bonding to the electrical panel at Mr***'s house, due to some electrical issues that
surfaced after he had replaced his air conditioner compressor, line set and coil, and the newly installed compressor burnt out. We provided the proper bond and grounding to the house, which remains in place and has functioned properly. Prior to this work, his panel was not properly grounded, which caused the compressor's fuses to trip instead of the breaker in the electrical panel tripping. That repair was performed at a cost of $and there is no dispute that that work was needed and properly doneMr*** should be criticizing the work of *** Heating and Cooling, LLC. Apparently, *** Heating and Cooling, after removing a trap in the line set between the compressor and furnace, failed to reinstall the same, which likely led to some or all of the problems with the compressors. In addition, following the most recent failure, I had an engineer from *** Supply, the factory rep for *** Company (the compressor manufacturer), inspect the installation. That engineer, *** ***, determined that the coil installed by *** Heating and Cooling, LLC was not receiving adequate airflow based upon the current configuration of the furnace and ductwork. He recommended both additional ductwork and a different coil be installed to remedy the engineering problems associated with *** Heating and Cooling's original installation. None of this was impacted by the work that our company J & MM Services, LLC performed. While we remain concerned about the customer's issues, none of it is related to improper or faulty work performed by our company. Since our work was done properly and the repeated failures are based upon faulty work by *** Heating and Cooling, LLC, we do not believe that a refund is appropriate from us

Two weeks after the compressor failing like two previous ones all in 2-3 week time period. That means that company did not detect problem properly and failed compressor re installation as the result.Therefore company contacted me and asking to pay more money for re installation of the same compressor again. Stating that some other part of system was not installed properly Questions Where they was looking first time?Why I have to pay twice for the same thing?
