This will serve as our response to the complaint filed against JMorehart Dance CompanyWe had an unfortunate situation where the dancer was unhappy with the song and choreography of her duetThe complainant requested that the song, costume and choreography be changed in the middle of the season It is not the policy of our studio to change a dance midstreamIn addition, we do not let the students dictate our decisions as teachers or choreographersOur philosophy at JMorehart Dance Company is that every dancer be treated equally and professionallyWe have trained many successful, elite dancers and we are profoundly aware of what it takes for these dancers to reach new heightsThe subject dancer ultimately elected to quit our studioUnfortunately, however, the complainant continued to harass our teachers to the extent police intervention was requiredFurthermore, we have turned this matter over to our attorney based on the complainant's defamatory statements and continual harassmentWe truly wish the best for the subject dancer as we do for all of our studentsSincerely, JMorehart Dance Company

It is not the policy of our studio to change a dance midstream. In addition, we do not let the students dictate our decisions as teachers or choreographers. Our philosophy at J. Morehart Dance Company is that every dancer be treated equally and professionally. We have trained many successful, elite dancers and we are profoundly aware of what it takes for these dancers to reach new heights. The subject dancer ultimately elected to quit our studio. Unfortunately, however, the complainant continued to harass our teachers to the extent police intervention was required. Furthermore, we have turned this matter over to our attorney based on the complainant's defamatory statements and continual harassment.
