is owed to the cemetery up front, so the cemetery can be paid, or the cemetery will not pour the footer. I apologize if the customer thought I was "irate". I've never been irate in my life. I requested to customer to please "tone" it down with me, as I was just trying to explain the cemetery's charges. The customer took awhile before she sent her additional money in for the footer, so X paid it from Kurtz Monument Company. Her payment in full to Kurtz was her choice, it was not requested. However, all of the money collected from the customer for cemetery purposes went to the cemetery. The customer could not accept that and wanted to do it her way, which was not the policy of Kurtz Monument Company.Sizes of the plinth had to be changed to accomodate the base, as not to have the granite, which would be on top of the base, hang over the edges. The manufacturer, upon my notification, also had to make changes which delayed things. The last sketch Kurtz made for the customer was signed by her on 9-9-16. However, she still made changes and should not have been signed. We have now made another sketch for her and is being mailed to her for her signature. The memorial will be set after that sketch is signed and returned with no new changes. The memorial will be set after it is sandblasted with the names and designs.I appreciate her as a customer and want to complete a beautiful memorial, but can only do so when the final sketch is signed with no new changes.Thank you.Sincerely, Darlene C[redacted]Kurtz Monument Company
