Review: I USED THIS CESSPOOL SERVICE TO PUMP MY CESSPOOL ON 7 * 2013 AND RECEIVED A 6 MONTH GUARANTEE AGAINST FILLING UP . I'VE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE ON 3 **, 2012 WITH NO PROBLEM. I CALLED ON 10 * 2013 TO SAY MY CESSPOOL WAS FULL AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS. BEFORE I COULD EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE OF MY CALL [redacted] OF [redacted] STARTED YELLING THAT I WAS BLAMING HIM AND SAID I MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO CAUSE THE PROBLEM. I EXPLAINED THE LAST TIME HE SERVICED MY CESSPOOL , I HAD NO PROBLEMS FOR 16 MONTHS, AND REMINDED HIM OF THE WARRANTY ON HIS BILL FOR 6 MONTHS. HE SAID HE GET THESE CALLS EVERY DAY WHICH MAKES ME BELIEVE THAT HE IS DOING SOMETHING WRONG FOR SO MANY CALLS THAT NEED SERVICE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. I CALLED BACK SAYING I HOPE MY PHONE HAD DROPPED THE CALL. HE IMMEDIATLY BECAME BELIGERANT AND SAID HE WASN'T GOING TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME AND HUNG UP AGAIN.Desired Settlement: I WILL GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE PROPER JOB .HE DID NOT DO THE SERVICE I PAID HIM FOR. I'VE LIVED HERE FOR 34 YEARS AND THE CESSPOOL ALWAYS LASTED AT LEAST 1 TO 2 YEARS BETWEEN PUMPINGS WHEN DONE RIGHT WITH THE CHEMICALS USED PROPERLY THE PHONE NUMBER FOR HIS COMPANY ON HIS BILL IS [redacted] WITH NO BUSINESS ADDRESS

I would like to respond to the complaint brought by [redacted], he conveniently didn’t tell the whole story in his complaint. On October *, 2013, [redacted] called me and informed me that his cesspool was full, I told him that I had no problem coming there but the Chemical Guarantee only covers the cost of chemicals, not the cost of pumping or line cleaning and he would have to pay for that if needed. I give the Guarantee as a courtesy on my behalf not knowing how much water is being used and what kinds of things are being thrown down the toilet. Referring to his comment about when I said “I get these calls every day” what I meant was, a lot of time the problem is a line blockage or a running toilet, which would require pumping of the cesspool, you can’t add chemicals to a pool that is overflowing, and customers don’t realize this. When I told him this he became confrontational and upset telling me it was my fault and the last time he got such a long time out of the service. I again told him I would honor the Chemical Guarantee but not the cost of pumping or line cleaning that was not good enough for him, he felt he was entitled to a free service, the conversation was heated and I did hang up avoiding any more escalation of the argument.

[redacted] was a previous customer calling me for service for the first time in March 2012 telling me he had problems with other cesspool companies with not doing the right thing and not getting very much time out of the service, his system is small in capacity and is in a high water table area, with that I serviced him and had not heard from him until July 2013. He then informed me he was having a big party and was happy I was there. Then I hear from him October *, 2013 with the cesspool being full, and giving me a hard time about the Chemical Guarantee, so looking back I feel like maybe [redacted] was trying to get a free service out of the situation.

In conclusion I am sorry [redacted] is unhappy with my company, but to resolve this issue I would be happy to honor my Chemical Guarantee as stated on the receipt, as long as I am able to do this without any extra costs on my behalf.

I used [redacted]'s service not because I was unhappy with the previous companys I have used , but because I met him at one of my customers jobsites doing a job for him. I am a builder, remolder salesman suppling building products. My customer said he Knew [redacted] for a while and used him reguarly.I said I might as well use someone with an aquaintances recommendation rather than call someone in the pennysaver again. The first service was3/**/2012 and the serviced lasted the normal 15 to 18 month time between servicing which I expected. then I called for service and received it on 7/* 2013. When my cespool filled up again in 3 months I called [redacted] to see what status and conditions of his warrenty were. I never expected a completely free service. What I got was him saying that I was saying it was his fault, while what I did say was why it filled up so fast and what was the exstent of his warrenty. With that he flys off the handle saying I said it was his fault and then hung up saying he wasn't doing anything. at that time I was still waiting for an answer before realizing he had hung up. I called back saying I hope my cell phone had dropped the call and that he didn't hang up on me.With that he again accussed me of saying it was his fault and hung up again. I want either a call to honer his warrenty or give me a refund and let me get someone who will act in a proffessional manor. After this whole incounter I'm a little sckeptical to pay him again and have him do an unproffessional job to rectify the problem because of this report. I would have felt more confident if he had taken the time to explain the condition of his warrenty rather than hang up on me. His statement that he explained the warrenty is false. tghis is the first time I have ever been so mad as to file one of these reports as your records will surely show.

I am sorry [redacted] is still unhappy.

As stated in my last response I will honor the Chemical Guarantee as stated on the receipt - The Chemical Guarantee entitles the customer to an additional chemical treatment if the cesspool backs up within 6 months. Guarantee DOES NOT INCLUDE REOCCURRENCE OF BLOCKAGES OR THE COST OF PUMPING.

AGAIN...as long as I am able to add the chemical with out pumping the pool down or there isn't a line blockage... I can honor that Chemical Guarantee...however...there will be a fee for pumping and line cleanings.
