Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all that is a total lie He was hired by park maneger and I do own my home it does not belong to the park and I did ask hem to get down only after one of the workers jumped down out of the bucket truck onto my mobil home and could have done damange to my home by doing so and I watched them let lems fall onto my nabors car as well .As for callinfg hem yes I was told by the park management to call them and when I did so I was spoken to in a very rude manner and was told that if I dident like it to call the park management and I told hem I did that and they said to call hem .After being talked to so rudely I tode them I will call the Revdex.com and was then told go ahead its been done befor do what you got to do .at that point I hung up the phone.And after speeking with management I was told that they have had many complaints from a lot of the renters and homeowners about the unperfectnal job tgey were doing and I will speek with them again today as to the matter at had and let them know about the statement he has made Sincerely, [redacted]

I was hired by the a management company to do tree at mobile home courts; village green, holiday & east In the duration of the past month we have trimmed/ removed hazardous trees at approximently homes, all performed under complete satisfaction of the management teamOn 9/7/we
began to remove a small limb overhanging lot at village greenAs we began to set up for the trimming, I was in my bucket truck and had a worker on the roof to toss any limbs into a "safe drop zone." We were there for about minutes and had not even started a saw to cut limbs from over the home when ***, the tenant of lot 65, came out and started yelling and acting radicalAs he proceeded to insist that we leave I stated that he needed to call the management office, as they were the ones that hired us and it was their tree before he left in his carI then came down promptly and contacted the officeThey were very familiar with *** and said they would try to contact him and get back with meVery shortly after, they responded to me that they could not reach him and instructed for me to not cut the tree until further noticeThey were happy I contacted them about the matter and said it was of no concernOn my way back to the shop I received a disturbing call from *** along with many threats, I contacted the management office about that as well and they assured me it was no issue and not to answer his calls*** never hired my business but the management of his park did so I complied with them and assured my customer was happy
