To Whom It May Concern;Sorry I did not realize I couldn't respond using the clients nameHowever, everything remains the same, I only removed her nameHowever, I do see she signed off with her name for the responseContract is attached with her name concealed as well, except for her signatureI will not argue with the client about what we have stated in yesterdays, 05/03/2016, response, which is true and is again noted below. Sub-contractor "Electrician" was there to witness and also had a problem with her. 05/03/16We provided the client with a free estimate as we do all of our clients or potential clients. Upon the client hiring us we created a contract for her. Then helped her with her insurance claim. Paper work and submitting all the necessary documents she requiredSubmitted the paper work for her to her mortgage company and insurance company, which went on for a couple of months due to the lack of the other party being there to sign off. Once mortgage company and insurance company were on the same page we were capable of beginningNow, for someone who says we are very unprofessional and did a poor job, why would she want us back in her home? We are a family business and hold all of our standards with dignity and pride. When we started working on the client's home, we gutted the kitchen and repaired her living room walls prior to painting themWhile we were working there she would leave to work in NYC and leave her minor children unsupervised in the house. The children had damaged the walls and we had to repair them againAs for her hallway, our contract stated to paint her hallwayWe, out of courtesy repaired her walls due to her children making holes afterward we had painted themShe says there is a space above her cabinets, that is due to the house shiftingHer cabinets are leveledThere is no reframing in the contract, to compensate for that. Now back to the kitchen on our contract we were to install approximately cabinets, out of kindness we purchased and installed additional cabinets to fill out and to complete the kitchenSo all together we installed cabinetsShe still was not satisfied, so we then purchased a kitchen cart with a stainless steal top so she could store her additional appliances/pots she hadFor the backsplash we provided her with a Stainless Steal backsplash since there was a small crack but the hood range hid itShe then complained again saying that the crack got bigger so we purchased a stainless steal backsplash for her to match her cart that we purchased and the hood range that we purchased and had installed without charging her. Which was not part of the contractI feel she cracked it on purpose so she could have everything matching. However, she did pick out the backsplash and counter top which we installed. She complained about her doors. Doors were not apart of our contract, but out of more consideration since she was not happy with her doors in her hallway, due to her walls being repaired, clean, and paintedAgain, the owner went out of his way and purchased several doors and installed them for her. Remind you that, her children had put holes in themEvery time she would find something and become irate and begin calling at all different hours of the night complaining about something different and each time we would find a solution for her so she would be at ease and content with the finish product. Whenever she does not get her way she gets very angry starts yelling and then hangs upThe workers had to work around all of her YOUNG CHILDREN while they ran around UNSUPERVISED for hours of the day, due to her not being home. Take note the insurance claim adjuster was there, inspected our work, and then gave her the final payment so she could pay us. As we had spoken to the adjuster, he let us know how wonderful the work turned out and that it would not last long. She was unhappy because she wanted us to install her dishwasher and we told her that we do not install appliances. That we could only have an appliance company install it for her. However, She choose to handle the dishwasher herself. Called us days later, complaining that we had to do the plumbing for herWhich was and is not in the contract. We have all pictures, contract, receipts, emails, and phone records of all the back and forth we went through trying to continue to provide her with excellent customer service, generousity, and craftsmanshipWe have satisfied our contractWe will not go back and assist her anymoreThere are no more free handouts. She has taken our kindness and generousity for grantedSlandering our company but at the same time requesting us to come back to do repairs after saying we were unprofessional does not make any senseSlandering our company and leaving bad reviews is not going to help her get us back to assist her moreWe feel we are being strong armed by her and will not go back. As for her response to our response from yesterday. Now which is it? She seems to have changed up her storyFirst picture I see cabinet door with the screwThe hinge has saw dust on it. Now its been weeks since we finished the job at her homeAs for the lazy suzanne being on the bottomShe wanted it to be a top cabinet, after installation, which was not what we had discussedPlus we would have had to special order that type of lazy suzanne for herWhich again was not a part of the contract. Second picture, I see a wall where corking is now missing. Third picture, of baseboard heating and a wallBaseboard heating is not apart of our contractNor is painting her baseboard heatingHowever, we did give her paint for her to paint the baseboard heating herself, since she did not have the money to pay for us to do more workWhich was something else we did out of kindnessAs, for the flood under her kitchen sink, all lines were tested after connecting them to the existing plumbingThere was no mention of a floodAs for the backsplash there was a very small crack which was being hidden by the range hoodSince, she was unhappy with that, we purchased a stainless steal backsplash for her so it would match her appliancesWhen we arrived to install the stainless steal backsplash in for her you will see in the picture all of her stuff everywhere and this is what we walked intoYou will see the free doors in the pictures that we installedWhich we did out of kindness and is not a part of our contractHowever, I see that she has taken our kindness and generousity as a weakness for her to keep taking moreNow as for the walls, one of the workers repaired the walls not the son, as she had mentionedIn the pictures you will see that as well. Fourth picture, is a repeat of the 2nd picture. The client had ample time to go over all of the work that was done in her homeShe stated she was completely satisfied with our work and how grateful she was for the extras we had done. When we refused to hook up a dishwasher, for her, which as stated before we do not hook up appliances, that is when the relationship went sourHer last conversation with us was that, "she hired someone else to install and connect her diswasher for herPlease stick to the contract, there are no more freebiesNow several weeks later she is complaining, trying to get more for free. She says there is a space above her cabinets, that is due to the house shifting. Her cabinets are leveled. There is no reframing in the contract, to compensate for that. Now back to the kitchen on our contract we were to install approximately 7 cabinets, out of kindness we purchased and installed 2 additional cabinets to fill out and to complete the kitchen. So all together we installed 9 cabinets. She still was not satisfied, so we then purchased a kitchen cart with a stainless steal top so she could store her additional appliances/pots she had. We had a wonderful experience with jnj painting & more. They completed several projects on our home that all generated a stellar outcome. They are detail oriented, hard working and very professional. Excellent, open communication with owner and crew. Look forward to welcoming in our home again.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work done by J N J & More.

JNJ Painting and More did a great job painting the exterior of my summer home.
As I don't live there this needed to be coordinated around my schedule and the weather.
They communicated and sent me photos of the progress.
They were able to upgrade the paint and did some extra things to make the job look great without asking for any extra money.
I certainly recommend them and will use them again.

Third picture, of baseboard heating and a wall. Baseboard heating is not apart of our contract. Nor is painting her baseboard heating. However, we did give her paint for her to paint the baseboard heating herself, since she did not have the money to pay for us to do more work. Which was something else we did out of kindness. As, for the flood under her kitchen sink, all lines were tested after connecting them to the existing plumbing. There was no mention of a flood. As for the backsplash there was a very small crack which was being hidden by the range hood. Since, she was unhappy with that, we purchased a stainless steal backsplash for her so it would match her appliances. When we arrived to install the stainless steal backsplash in for her you will see in the picture all of her stuff everywhere and this is what we walked into. You will see the free doors in the pictures that we installed. Which we did out of kindness and is not a part of our contract. However, I see that she has taken our kindness and generousity as a weakness for her to keep taking more. Now as for the walls, one of the workers repaired the walls not the son, as she had mentioned. In the pictures you will see that as well.

Fourth picture, is a repeat of the 2nd picture.
