I would give them a star rating We had a twisted garage door that bent the side rails and came off it's track Starting from the initial call placed in the morning, to when the repair was completed the same day, this company exemplifies excellence in customer service with reasonable prices Could not believe that our Technician, Eric K [redacted] was able to quickly diagnose the problems and make the repairs so quickly I love that their website explicitly outlined what to expect as far as service and repair, as well as show photos of their team I knew who to expect, when to expect them and I only wish they did plumbing and electrical as well It is very difficult to identify a reputable service company that you can be confident will fix the problem and charge fair pricesPrecision Door is the gold standard to measure all other service companies Extremely happy with the service and the repairs
in we were robbed so we decided to get a security system and a monitoring servicewe knew little about it and didn't even think that when we Disconnected our home phone number we didnt think to call JNMS Company to let them knowwe did not know you had to have a home telephone number to have a security system as We did have Mobil phonesfor a proximately months longer we wrote a check every month paid our bill and at the end when we call to cancel our service we were told That the service had not been active since our phone was shut off and we were never contacted and told so basically we paid on our security systemmonths feeling secure when the company never even monitored us closely enough to contact us and when I called they couldn't even find me it took a few days for them to locate me and I haven't thought of this until I was going through some paperwork and saw the receipts and thought geez I wonder if they're still in business and I'm surprised to have been no complaints
