I have spoken to the builder and they will fix the part of the fireplace close to the mantle (and including the mantle) and the bottom edge stones without chargeThey will make sure they will not incur any damages while fixing thisI would prefer for J&N stone to fix the stones below the firebox for a continuous flow of the stones and not separated by gaps forming obvious lines across the fireplaceThe builder has asked me to call Revdex.comHe states J&N stone will try their best to fix it to my satisfaction
The stones in the library fireplace which seemed more recessed compared to the others are now blending in as their colors have changed after more than a monthWe will not change them at this time
