The property NEVER was advertised with central air/air
conditioning I don't know what else to say about this She felt
it was and we have explained that it was not If she could provide
evidence to show that an error was made, I would be happy to try and
resolve
this issue Our postings never indicated air conditioning
As for Mold, we got a report back in April,about water
flooding the basement We came out and resolved that issue
We did not find any mold at that time I do not have any reports of mold
from this tenant after the issue of the basement flooding in April
If she did not report this to us, we can't resolve it There may
be a mildew smell and that is common for basement We would be happy to
go out and take a look at the report of mold and see if it is in fact mold and
remediate it I have entered in a work order for our staff to go out and
take a look at what she claims
This tenant is scheduled to move on July 31st Her
lease has ended She has provided a notice to move We have
honored her request We will send someone to take a look
These questions should be asked of the complainant by the
Revdex.com, so that I (a paying member of the Revdex.com) do not have to be bothered by such
claims that are not true and/or never reported to usI have enough issues with
people putting rankings on random websites that are negative and have all to do
with their bad behavior, negative ratings, slow decision making, and lack of
communication
I would think this matter is now resolved.

I really wished there were negative stars to give. After viewing this home I applied and was told I would hear back within 72 hours...it's going on weeks and I still haven't heard anything. I left several voice mails and emails and even left a message with the owner and still nothing. I managed to have the receptionist track down the leasing agent...she tried to tell me I had an eviction on my credit, I told her I've never had an eviction...she informed me that I was correct and that it was under somebody's name, that she would talk to her boss and let me know something, that was Friday. It's now Wednesday and yep still nothing...I applied with another company and was approved same day and moving on Friday....this company is a joke...they take your money and you never hear anything back...BEWARE!!! Scott is the owner, Ingrid is the leasing agent.

I received a complaint from you with regards to Mr. [redacted].   
He is correct that the heat was having issues.  As he states he was supplied with space heaters to help supplement heat to the house.   It did not...

heat to 75 degrees, but was at 65 on the coldest days.   The furnace was working but was not working to capacity.   We had to have it rewired.   The contractor that was hired to do the work failed to perform as required.   We hired another contractor and the issue was resolved.   The heat is now functioning properly.    We offered Mr. [redacted] a concession of $200 for the difference in his electrical bill for having to use the space heater.   He refused.  
 
He now says he wants to move because he is back with his wife and needs to find a place bigger for his wife and 2 kids.   This is a one bedroom unit.   He signed a lease and the lease is not up for several months.   
 
Again, the heat is now corrected.   This was also reported to the Marion County Board of Health (BOH) and we acted in compliance with the law and requirements set forth by the local municipal statutes.   The complaint with the BOH is now closed!

Why can't I give them zero stars? I am an out of state landlord and let me tell you be wary when they want to charge fees for doing nothing. I thought let me try them out since they were referred, but never again. They never answer the phone, which was the first red flag. It took them two months to let me know that the carpet needed to be replaced eventhough the first conversation I had was tell me what I need to do to get it rented. NO call back. I had to call and then wait a few days for a call back. I had my tenant call who was interested in moving and she never got a call back that was the end of it. then when I terminated they took the lockbox with my keys in it and I had to pay 350 to change the locks. Terrible Terrible Company. Do not use them

Her claims are false.   The property was not left in good condition.   Walls were scratched up, dirty, gouged, and some holes.   The property was dirty itself an damages noted.   She was provided with a detail of the damages in writing and also provided with a statement noting...

how much she is responsible for.     The property was always owned by the same company but the management was changed to us later.   This is probably her confusion with regards to the "ownership" change.   Just a change in management.      We DO NOT charge for damages there are not there responsibility of the tenant and she should have left the property in better condition.      Here is a link the the pictures of the property.   Note the carpets, walls, paint, tub, floors, etc.   I think they will speak for themselves.
