I hired them to seal my parking lot We had a verbal agreement for him to sweep, power wash and seal my lot for $1,He came in swept the lot and made an attempt to seal it I hooked up a water hose for them but never saw them power wash it When they were about done it started to sprinkle and asked him if he wanted to stop until it stops raining and come back and finish He said no problem that it wasn't raining too hard and that if there were any area's of concern that he would come back and fix them He stated that all a man has now day's is his word, he kept talking about integrity I stayed late at work until they finished so that I could pay them I Couldn't walk it to check on it, it was too wet, so I went ahead and paid them by check The next day I came in to remove the caution tape and check it out I saw that it was not sealed properly I then called his office and sent him an email with pictures No call back for several days but I kept calling He finally
