conversation, he agreed to a $950.00 refund. Up until the point of refund he had use of this vehicle daily, and any vehicle could not be rented for that price for the period in which he had the vehicle. I also have two witnesses that heard our conversation with Mr. [redacted] agreeing to the $950.00 refund. At this point, it is not about the money, he is trying to extort money, so no more monies will be offered.::

I did **NOT** have use of the vehicle, since the dealer would not furnish a title, I could not insure nor plate the vehicle, so NO I did no thane use of the vehicle.
I explained to the people regarding this matter that I was not happy with the $950 offered, and their response was they could not refund the price of "taxes" and that the trade in was gone to the salvage yard.
Since the dealer refused to furnish the title, there was NO sale, and hence no taxes paid.
As for the trade in, that was part of the purchase price, and since I returned the blazer, I should receive the refund for the trade in also.
I request $290 to settle this matter, the price of the so called "taxes" and the price of my trade in.
I may note, that this business lied to me on no less three occasions regarding the title.

The customer had a temporary tag on this vehicle for driving privileges. If he did not use the vehicle that was his choice. Again, Mr. [redacted] agreed to the settlement amount in front of witnesses. Mr. [redacted] simply has remorse on his decision. My decision is final.
