complaint received by [redacted]. We would like to assure you that we have been doing everything since, to make sure something like this does not happen again, in regards to the lack of communication, as well as the structural issues that were reported.
We have redirected the main contact for JP Brooks, to someone who is able to answer all questions and concerns, in a more timely manner. We apologize that it took this incident for us to realize that the change was needed.
Our Contractor was out at the property, [redacted], and repaired the damaged sod that occurred during the duration of the wash off. We did also repair our property, which will keep this issue from occurring again.
