Review: JP CLARK, [redacted] entered the contract with me on June 4, 2013 after promising to finish the remodeling of my condo. During that contract it stated 4 weeks or more, and contract will suppose to end july 5. I paid up front the dep, and continue paying the amount of $1000 a week for 3 weeks, total paid to date is $6049.66. During the 3 weeks there was lot of changes from HOA, so we have to wait for approval, but Mr. [redacted] could have work on some other stuffs in the condo but he didn't. He also realized that he can't do plumbing so he asked his plumber to price it, it comes to 2000-3000 extra cost, he wants me to pay for it, I refused because he gave me the bid including all cost for $8280.58 Then he refused to do the plumbing, he said just minus the plumbing cost he quoted me, then pay him the rest he will finish the rest by sunday June 30, 2013 since he has a bigger job starting monday July 1. I believed his intention and paid him another $1000, that final payment I did on thurs June 28 totaled up to $6049.66 I came by the condo today sunday June 30, he vanished he did not do the rest of the work he promised, he left my keys in the condo. All he did 20% the work he quoted me, and only worth $2500 I like to report his as fraud, misconduct in service, left trash in the unit endanger the health to other due to dust all over the place.

I would like [redacted] refund me the amount of $3000.00 I am willing to let $3049.66 go although I don't think he deserves it, now I have to go through and search for another contractor and pay for trash removal that he created.thank you for your help[redacted]
