And there was no smoking going on in the room, I'm not sure how you can tell, the room smelled very bad, pungent and disgusting, we didn't leave the first day because we were already charged on my credit card. I learned a lesson from this to Never pay ahead only day by day, so I thank you. We are writing this in regards of case id [redacted]. We do not allow pets whether it has been in there for visit or overnight. In addition, the guest were smoking in non-smoking rooms which is a state law. We have not even charged guest $250 smoking fee. Only $65 that too for cleaning pet only. If...
