I severed ties with this dentist of 19/yrs due to some unscrupulous & suspicious billing issues and requested my full digital dental xrays be emailed to new dentist. I signed a release form on the above date and was informed a one week timeframe for receipt. I contacted new dentist and was advised nothing received. I telephoned 02.06.2020 spoke to *** (front office employee) and requested they be sent to my email address and confirmed with *** email address and was informed it would be completed that moment. Several hours later nothing. I have attempted to call again and she refuses to answer my calls. I have repeatedly demanded Dr *** to contact me but he has elected to ignore my requests.
had an appointment on 07/15/2020 for a dental procedure. With the information we had from his insurance company (***), we expected the insurance to cover 80% and *** portion to be 20%, which he paid that day. We submitted the claim the same day that we performed the procedure. After not receiving payment from *** at 30 days, we followed up with ***. We got the run-around from them for months (which is typical with *** and most dental insurance companies). On 12/09/2020 we finally received payment from *** but only 50%. We billed *** the remainder of the fee which we are required to do per our contract with ***. *** paid the remainder on 12/11/2020. There was NO unscrupulous billing. We tried to explain this to ***.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern and appreciate their intervention on my behalf because without you I would not have received my XRays. The new dentist office has reviewed them and stated that they appear to be complete but will take additional ones at my appointed time to insure everything is fine. Sadly, his response to you was inaccurate to say the least due to *** confirming what I suspected and only until I confronted his office, did I receive an EOB from *** Dental which informed me his staff just put in the claim.
I am just thankful you were able to intervene and now I can erase this horrible office from my contact list and move forward.
