I paid for a headstone Dec.2014 that was to be delivered Feb.2015. As of Apr. 2015 I still don't have the headstone.He came to my house in Dec 2014 where a contract was signed and I paid him in cash for the headstone that was to be delivered in February. As we got close to delivery time I called to check on progress. He told me it would be done. Since that time I have called him numerous times and he continually promised it would be there at the end of the week.Desired SettlementAt this point I want a refund of my money. This person cannot be trusted.The headstone was placed over the weekend. I am content. It was done after I got a lawyer. However; I believe he will do this again. This guys business needs to be put on blast. No one else should have to go through what I experienced.

Complaint Failed to place headstone within 6 months on the grave site of Mrs.[redacted] at [redacted]Contract date 5/28/14. Placement of head stone within 4-6 weeks.Initially something white was spilled on letters of the name [redacted]. Finally corrected. Headstone has not been placed according to [redacted] specifications and was not placed on the correct grave site. Attempts to get this resolved has been futile.Desired SettlementSeeking $250 that would have been refunded by [redacted] had the headstone been placed on right grave within 6 months of burial. Seeking funds for the cost of having the headstone removed and placed on the right grave site and any fees (legal) that may be incurred for resolution of the problem.
