On February 18, *** *** had his Chevy Suburban towed in to JP's to get fixed, Customer säid it had a transmission leak and check the front end and the brakes it got here he was told he needed front brakes, R&R Idler arm and repair the rest, and an alignment and was quoted a price of
$plus tax, he okayed the workThen on February 23, he was called and told his transmission was broke in half, he was quoted a price for the transmission, fluid, labor for $plus taxplus what was already döne for $plus tax $plus taxHe said ok I will bring $cash down payment which left a balance of $plus tax and tow bill, we called him said you need a transmission cooler kit and brake boosterHe said he would get them parts and put them on his self, he was advised of no warranty on transmission unless cooler is properly installed and inspected by JP'S auto ServiceHe was called on march 17, at 5:pm and was informed him that storage for non pickup started at $a day, he yelled at my office manager and said he Wasn't paying it and hung up, have not heard for him sinceThe vechicle is now in storage as of march 7, @ $18,a dayHe called on march 7, and said he will get a check in a couple of weeks and will start paying on it
