Avoid this pool builder, he's only been in business for little over a year , with very little experience in the pool building industry, hes made very poor decisions that cost subcontractors and the homeowner thousands for example: under bidding a recent pool in seabrook Tx in which cost subcontractor thousands dollars because he did not have the funds to pay them, nor does he care to payHomeowner not only has a poorly finished pool, I say this because alot of the work the pool builder did him self was pure junk, fire bowls were poorly placed with pipes exposed on the back wall, firepit has no drain and inner wall bricks were placed all sloppyThe catch basin is not working like it should thanks to the pool builders wealth of knowledge!!! He decided to go by what he knows rather then listen to a pool plumber that has 30+ years of experience ! Regardless of the pool builder being paid off, the homeowners have no warranty from all the subcontractos that were unpaid John is the pool builders name, he recently canceled his website to hide his company from being bad mouth by the homeownerI write this review, not for revenge, not for the problems he put me and others through but to stop this heartless man from giving another family a bad pool building experienceBecause of-course in the end he will be the one who will end up losing
