I should not have had to pay for the part at all, I was wanting the issue to be closed so we could move forward and wanted my car so I decided to accept it, however, I believe the lack of overall quality, integrity and honesty of the technician and service consultant that lied by to us by saying the damage was preexisting is unacceptable and needs to be noted by the Revdex.com as a company that is untrustworthy. In addition, the quality is extremely poor to the extent they couldn't even measure the tire depth correctly such that it took the shop manager to do it himself. If only the shop manager can perform the simple tasks and the shop manager is too busy to even address the big issues in a timely manner, then there is no reason to believe they they can perform any work with any quality.I am hoping the Revdex.com forwards my initial complaint and this follow up email to Mcree Ford so they are aware of the severity of the issue, especially the way they treated my family. I also hope this complaint is made public so everyone knows they can not continue to treat people in this manner. Thank you.

We are aware of the customers concerns associated with length of time, and sincerely apologize, initial order for parts placed in July, one piece has yet to arrive. An oil fed pipe, which is necessary to complete the repair, is on national backorder and not available to any dealer or outlet. We...
anticipate the part being released by the manufacturer to Ford the week of 9/30. The part has been placed on emergency order. Customer has been provided alternate transportation at no charge to customer while we await the parts necessary to complete the repairs.
