I am rejecting this response because:
The business failed to install the *** path correctly. The business is blaming the product, however, they cannot provide any evidence that they followed the instructions correctlyFurther more my observation is that the workers were only given verbal instructions and were not supervised during the installationThat is also surprising for a business that has good work ethic and intents to do a good jobIt not surprising at all that the business is blaming the productI complained many times about the pathThe business cannot provide one evidence that in writing they offered a solution and they put it in writing how they will address the issueI asked them many times to go see the path's condition and propose a solution and give me a response in wiring how to fix itThey refused to do itThey would ask for a verbal meeting
I was never informed that the concrete layer they were installing was going to fall a apart.
The business is at faultI would like a refund.
Here is the link to the *** video I uploaded about the path.

If I can't get my refund soon, I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General of PA Office of Consumer complaints

I received a letter from the Revdex.com on Wednesday May 20th regarding a customer complaintThe letter stated that I was tried to be reached by email, but I didn't receive any email from the Revdex.comThere was no email address on the letter, and I currently can't send faxesI hope this response finds its way to the right peopleHere is my response.
I was asked by a new client to construct a new path from their driveway to a back doorTheir front walk is pea stone, and they needed an easier path to push a wheelchair for their young sonAt the time the client informed me that they were in the process of looking for a new place to live that was more wheelchair accessible, or totally rebuilding their current homeI had first suggested a paver path, but I was asked by the customer if there was a less expensive optionI did a lot of research about wheelchair path surface materialsThe only other options out there other than concrete and blacktop (which we don't do) was a finely crushed stoneI informed them of the other options, and the crushed stoneThey were worried about the wheels picking up the stone dust and tracking it in the houseSo I did some more research and found a soil stabilizing product that claimed to bind the stones togetherThis seemed like the best option to keep the stones from getting picked up by the wheelsI sat down with the client and told them the planI told them that this stabilizer was a product I had never used, and that it had mixed reviewsI also informed them that this would be a temporary walkwayI was very clear about thatI had never constructed something that I told a customer would be temporary, but because they were most likely moving/rebuilding in this case it seemed like the best way to meet their short term needsThe customer agreed to all terms, and signed a contract for the workThe walkway was installed as per the contractUnfortunately the stabilizer didn't work as advertisedI went back to remedy the situation by adding more stabilizing product, and polymeric sand to further stabilize the surfaceStill it wasn't working wellI went back a third time and I installed cement in the surfaceThis did work until this harsh winter we hadThe cement was too thin to make it though all the freeze thaw cycles we had this winter, and it began to crack and chipI have done all I am willing to do on this temporary walkwayI installed the walkway as contracted, and went back two times for repairsThe customer was well aware of the risks associated with installing the walkway this wayI am not happy with the way it turned out either , but I fulfilled my contracted obligations and then some. In the future I will not, and had not before this, compromise what I know to be the right way to do things to try and fit the needs of a customerThank you,--

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The business' claim that this was going to be temporary path is not trueIt does not make sense to
Spend $on a temporary pathThe business advertised the path as "it will be very similar to the
path at *** *** Park" which is not trueWe go to *** very frequently and the path there is definitely firm and does not have any cracksIf our path was like the one at ***, we would not have any problems.
The business did not install the path properly, did not fulfill the contractWhen the problems were reported, they refused to address the issue or return the money.
The business is at fault for not fulfilling he contractThe business got paid in full and never delivered the path they promised.
Thank you very much for your help in resolving this matter
