Contract for driveway seal coating was signed 4/15/19. Deposit of $325 was paid that day by check. Work was supposed to be completed by the 4th Week in May. It is now 7/27/19 and no work has been done. I've made many attempts to contact them with no response.
This is Jay Perry paving responding to a complaint. I D number *** in regards to a sealcoat that was delayed and the client was upset about the delay, requested a refund back. We have refunded the clients full deposit plus an extra $25 for any inconvenience caused to him. So the money has been returned to the client. Thank you.
