Especially considering there was hardly any running water at this property , which the customer did not mention in this review. The house is fairly small (2500... sqft) our 2 ladies spent about 2 1/2 hours (5 man hours ) cleaning the best they could with very little water to work with. We normally would not perform a make ready clean without proper water supply , but to accommodate the customer, who is in the process of moving in we did the best we could. In the future, we will be careful to not do this. We are still reaching out to this customer to try and go back and clean once her water is on.We did not mean to insult the customers home by calling it small, we were just implying that it would not take all day to complete. Our website says " up to 4 hours " cleaning . We did call the customer as soon as we were notified of the initial complaint . We called her from the same company number we used to text her. She has not reached back to us or called our office she's only wrote negative feedback online. We also were not trying take responsibility for work that may have not been done properly. But in her original complaint she did not mention there was barely any water . 2 5 gallon buckets is really pushing to clean a whole house and floors . Nevertheless , we are willing to resolve this issue according to the customers request. We will send her a check in the mail for the requested amount.
