Hello [redacted] , We have received your letter requesting a response to the complaint that you received from [redacted] You can see my correspondence with him in the emails attachedHe called our office demanding we apply the credit that he had on file for future services on the same credit card that we charged him for them and we did that the same day that he askedHe called again a few days later saying it was never processed so I sent him the confirmation email we received from our credit card processing company, [redacted] He called again a few days later saying that that card was no good and wanted us to process his credit on another card but I told him I could not do that without verification from our credit card processing company that it did not go throughWe received the monthly statement from [redacted] later that week and it does confirm that [redacted] received the credit on the card he asked to be credited and I again suggested for him to call the credit card companyHopefully this resolves thematter but ifyou have any questioms please feel free to contact me at the numbers above
