They are the #1 fraud in the construction business; owned by Mr. Moses. During enquiry phase, his so called employee followed continously and
finally struck into their web as the proposed construction location seemed to be nice place. Until then my experience with them was sort of ok (actually no good no bad).
But after signing the agreement, it has been a hell working with them. Totally unprofessional behaviour, unethical attitude, quality of work is miserable. Above all,
they will contact me only for money and there wont be any work done. When asked, he will shout at his top of his voice that work can be done ONLY if the amount
is released. After releasing some money, it will be used for his personal purpose or something else, there will not be any significant work done. On trying to reach them,
there will not be any response. Since I stay away from Chennai, following up with them has been a herculean task. This cycle repeats every month almost.

Most irritating builder I have ever seen. ANother highlight of him is that he will contradict what ever he had said. He will not give anything in writing.

Most arrogant and increase the price of every agreed work invariably to cheat the buyers in every possible way. He says that he has an office with 2 or 3 workers.
All these workers are paid very little and hence you cannot expect any professionalism or quality response from them. They do not know how to email or take a print out.
Their communication is so bad that it is as good as no ofice.

He will always shout at his top of his voice so that the other person cannot talk and he need not listen to anyone.

The purpose of this message in this forum is to alert people who go with J R Builders. Seems he is politically connected as well. Stay away from them if you
want a peaceful life.

Beware from J R Builder who lives around Sembakkam area

I told my neighbor that I found some small worms in my condo n he told me they could be termites. I remember my niece had a good experience with a company with a memorable name "Got bugs?" I decided to check them out through the Revdex.com. They were a member n had no reviews - good or bad - I decided to fill-out there on-line questionnaire . I requested to be contacted before 9 am or after 3 pm. I received a call the next day at 0830 am. The receptionist asked more questions n it seemed to her that it could a one time incident n that I could wait a few weeks n see if I still saw them crawling on my ceramic floors. I wanted to be sure that the worms I saw were not termites so I scheduled a visit, same day at 2:30 pm I was told that [redacted] or [redacted] would be my exterminators. [redacted] really knows worms, after he looked in and outside on two condos he told me the worms I described looked like pinworm found in animals, I recently adopted a cat. He went out of his way and showed me a picture of a pinworm on his cellphone - they were my WORMS!! [redacted] is very easy to talk to and a great listener, he was able to find the cause of my problem and at no cost. Thank you Got Bugs for sending me [redacted] (That cat I adopted belonged my beloved Mother)
