Fair Renovation & Construction Company! they have fixed my house from top to bottom in the Eastern Shore Virginia I am rather pleased with quality work date on and professional a show all the way through the work again like to thank all their cruise by definition recommend them anybody once the do renovation or repair they doing everything about the house

I went out in dec to check roof durning rain storm it was leaking I went up on roof stopped leak and told her I would be more than happy to replace a shingle that was causeing leak we have been intouch over winter months via text and I told her I will come out anytime to repair in the spring at that time she stated she had ice dams causing leaks in other parts of the roof unfortantly nothing we can do to stop ice dams I received a text friday july asking when I could come out to repair roof I responded right away saying anytime next week havent heard back from her yetWill to help customer out

I had talked to her on Decand told her that we would be out to look at her roofShe called again on Dec6th when I was out of townI got back into town on the 8th and went to look at her roofIt was raining at the time and I could see where it was leakingI went up on the roof, could see
where some of the shingles had lifted, maybe from the weather or someone up there clearing the roof from snow or leavesI stood on the lifted shingles and they went back down in placeI told her I would come back out when the weather got better and replace a few of the shingles if the roof was still leakingI have not heard back from her, so I believe the problem has been resolved
