To the Owner of American Auto Group,
I am rejecting this response because:
First of all you never told me that car has been involved in the accident and yes you told we have a clean *** *** which does not report any accident in itWhy did you show me a *** *** report which does not have complete history of the car (accident details not involved)? By which you were trying to misrepresent the car saying clean *** ***You never suggested me to take the car to a mechanic you were not at all there when all this deal happened one of your dealer named Alexander he was the guy who made deal with me and who never told anything about the accident nor the mechanic checkYou cheated me by misrepresenting the car and now you are trying to make statements to support yourself and not give my money backAs always said it was the bank who rejected the car for loan not me because I am pre approved for the loan and as already mentioned in my previous statement: bank also suggested me not to go with American Auto Group as they are not trust worthy and now I can understand why they don’t want me to go with you when you are making all these statementsI need my money ($500) back as nothing was my fault in all this process

We told him we go by [redacted] and not autocheck.  If the Bank rejected his loan it is not our problem. We told him deposit is non refundable.  refer to buyer order stating deposit is non refundable.  Again out of courtesy we suggested to apply the deposit towards another vehicle.

To Whom It May Concern,We received a complaint with the above ID#.The customer came in our office on the 06/25/16 to purchase the vehicle. He told us he got a pre-approved check from [redacted] Bank and he left a deposit of $500 by card. We kept the car for him and specifically mentionned and wrote on the...

contract of sale "Deposit is now refundable". His loan didn't get approve and he changed his mind. Out of courtesy we gave him the option to buy another vehicle from our location applying his Deposit toward that car but he refused.
