In March, I installed two septic systems for some commercial buildings.  These systems passed inspection by the Brazos County Health Department.  After the inspections, back filling and cover up, I received a call from the customer wanting me to pay for some waterline repairs.  He was...

not happy with some dirt I left on the job site, as well as some plastic waterline valves that were leaking.  These valves went to the building and were installed by a different contractor prior to my installation of the septic.  These lines were in my way and had to be disconnected in order to fill the septic tanks and install the two stub out pipes per building.  I sent the customer a check to pay for the repairs, even though the contract he signed said I was not responsible for waterline repairs.    A few weeks later the customer's wife called me to tell me that I missed 1 stub out per building, for a total of 4 missed.  I said I would figure it out and get back to her.  Five minutes later I received a threatening voicemail from the customer demanding I return immediately to fix the issue.  So, I called the customer's wife  and told her I would go fix the other stub outs immediately.  Little did they know I had my three year old son with me, since his school was closed.  So, with my son in tow, I drove to Bryan and fixed the stub outs.  At that point, I told the customer I was done coming back.  Then, about a week later, the customer's wife called again, stating I missed another stub out per building.  At this point, I told her to hire a plumber because I was unable to come due to my work schedule.  
On August 5th, I received notification of complaint through the Revdex.com via mail.  The evening of the 5th, I called the customer.  Based on our conversation, it was discovered that I was under the impression that the customer had hired a plumber, based on our previous phone conversation; however, the customer assumed I was still coming.  On the morning of August 6th, I went to fix the other stub outs.  Initially, it was originally intended to only to hookup 2 stub outs per building,  not 4.  I went above and beyond my obligation to the customer given our initial agreement.
