We have reviewed the documentation provided by Customer to J & R Fleet Services relating to vehicle with serial
number *** and License Number 8YXXXXXIt is our conclusion based on such review that the work done by FDiesel and Western States was not required by or as a result of the work done by J & R Fleet Services, LLC
J & R Fleet Services, LLC work consisted of the changing the Transmission oil on May 13, (this is the only work done by J & R Fleet Services relating to the transmissionThe work done on May 23, consisting in replacing Crankcase Pressure Sensor, Crankcase Filter and Exhaust Pressure Sensor was engine and not transmission related
J & R Fleet Services, LLC did not work and had nothing to do with the problems noted or repaired by FDiesel or Western States including the following: Torque Converter, Switch Harness not set to correct specifications, Shorts, repairing Electrical to Valve to PTO & Hydraulic Pump, Hydraulic Hose, fittings, Broken wires at starter, improper installation of solenoids, Switch Solenoids, Valve Body Torque to Specifications, PTO Hooked incorrectly and repair
All the problems noted and corrected by either FDiesel or Western States are totally unrelated by the work done by J & R Fleet Services, LLCYou may want to check your service records to determine who worked on the items fixed or corrected by Fand Western States and determine responsibility

With regards to the work performed by J & R Fleet Services on truck *** J & R is correct in saying that the crankcase sensor, crankcase filter and exhaust pressure sensor were not transmission related, however the reason these were referenced is because the transmission was reviewed and worked on this dateWe do not accept the fact that J & R does not accept the responsibility of paying for the labor and parts required to fix the transmission after they overfilled the transmission by an entire gallon and with the incorrect transmission fluidSince the transmission requires fluid specific product, J & R ruined the transmission causing the sensors inside to burn up and ruin the torque converterThe items required to fix and repair the transmission are what I am asking to be paid forBoth FDiesel and Western States had to fix the problems that J & R had created by performing an improper installI have had several mechanics confirm that the damages caused on the transmission were the results of the improper installation

You are stating that the work performed by your shop did not cause the damages to the transmission and that by your conclusion are not at fault but have given no such reasoning as to why you are stating this and thus that is not a valid response and holds no data sustaining your conclusionOn the other hand I have documents from sample analysis and viscosity ratings showing that the wrong substance was put in the transmission along with the improper amount of fluid usedSee you in court!

We simply changed the transmission fluid and did not work on anything elseThe transmission fluid that we used is in accordance with manufacturer's specificationThe oil sample results indicates that the proper fluid was usedThe work done by others to fix your problems included issues with the Torque Converter, Switch Harness not set to correct specifications, Shorts, repairing Electrical to Valve to PTO & Hydraulic Pump, Hydraulic Hose, fittings, Broken wires at starter, improper installation of solenoids, Switch Solenoids, Valve Body Torque to Specifications, PTO Hooked incorrectly and repairNone of those issues are related whatsoever to a simple change of fluidCustomer has filed a complaint in Small Claims CourtsWe expect a favorable resolution once the Court examines all facts
