Terrible quality of furniture and they definitely DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTMore so the manager is [redacted] and has no inkling of customer serviceStay clear

I bought a king size bed frame from JR furniture in surreyI told them that I would pay for it now but will call back at a later time to confirm the deliveryI called them back when I confirmed my move and spoke to somebody About hours later I receive a call from the RCMP, at first I thought it was a jokeThe officer asked me why I threatened this guy (name I don't recognize)I told him that I don't even know who that isHe then said that it was someone who works for JR furnitureI told the officer that I called to ask about my delivery and that's itHe told me that if I don't tell him the truth, he would take the other guys word and charge me for uttering threats The officer called me a little later and said that the guy who made the complaint gave him my information by mistakeHe apologized and said that JR furniture should call me to apologize as wellI called JR furniture later on and told him I would like a refund and that I never want to deal with them againHe said that I would have to call back tomorrow I drove from Vancouver to surrey on a saturday morning to get a refundThe manager there said that they don't do refunds on saturday because the office is closed.He gave me a phone number to call on monday I called on monday to speak to someone named pinkyThe receptionist said that she will give her my messageI called back hours later and asked again, she said that she was busy because it was payroll dayShe said she would tell her againShe didn't call me back that day She called me back in the afternoon the next day and said that she will mail out my refund What a [redacted] companyTerrible customer service, If you want a company that cares and wants to help DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The movers made deep scratches on my flooring when delivering my sofa I purchased from themThey dragged the sofa on the floor to move it in place
I called the office twice to complain and will continue to do so until this issue is resolved
This furniture place offers no customer service and don't care about anything once they have your money
I bought a dining room table and chairs from them in the past with no issuesBut damaging your floor and not taking responsibility or ownership for it then ignoring your complaint is going to far

About 3 hours later I receive a call from the RCMP, at first I thought it was a joke. The officer asked me why I threatened this guy (name I don't recognize).
