Review: Paul R. Henley (aka Rob Henley) proclaims to be a home improvement contractor. I had an emergency involving replacing mobile home underpinning. He stated he could complete the job, charged "up-front" (over-charged).Stated if I had emergency to call. About halfway through completion, I had an emergency (siding he'd replaced had blown off). He started with excuses as to why he couldn't "come to work" on project (everything from "no truck to haul materials" to "step-child has sporting event). After third attempt to get him to finish, he called me crazy, told me I needed to pray for forgiveness, and to leave him alone. Blocked my phone so I can't call him anymore.Desired Settlement: I'm disabled, sick a lot, and on a very limited income. This person took more money than I could spare, then became self-centered, arrogant and down-right mean to me. I had to depend on the kindness of a sincere, reliable construction professional to clean up his mess. I mainly want to prevent this from happening to others, especially older citizens with health and financial issues. Please warn others in Virginia of this scammer. Listing his business as one to avoid would be ideal. Thank you.
