To whom it may concern, we did get Mr ***'s Mustang in for repair on his way home from purchasing itHe already had info on where to send it that could possibly repair it since the unit is no longer sold and NOT replaceableSo we called and made arrangements with the repair facility to repair
it and they said it would cost $for a complete rebuild so we sent it off for repairWe packaged the supercharger head unit in a box and stuffed fillers/dampers in the box and also labeled the box as heavy with stickers as required by UPSWe also insured the package for $which was the cost of the full rebuild, and when looked up these superchargers are not for sale any more so no price for complete kit existed anymoreWhen supercharger arrived at repair facility the company called and said multiple spots on the supercharger were damaged and not repairableWe processed a UPS damage claim and did try to file an amount for another brand complete supercharger kit for $6,since the head unit on this brand was not available anymoreUPS stepped up and accepted responsibility for the damage since everything was done correctly on our and paid the insured amount plus shipping for the packagePaducah Ford assumes no responsibility for damages or fees since the only thing we received payment for was labor to take apart and send off which we did

To whom it may concern, In response to complaint # ***. The customer had found a vehicle online that was traded for the previous day. There had been no reconditioning, no service processing and had not been given market analysis to determine selling price. The color was
listed as white which is incorrect (it is red) and somehow a price was listed of 22,877. The internet manager informed this customer that there was inaccurate information concerning this truck. Price was never discussed. The customer came to look at the truck. Customer informed us that they wanted to be at per month. Price was never discussed. We informed the customer that payments would be in the dollar a month range as an estimate because we do not have a bank approval. They insisted was the payment max. We tried to show them a different truck. They did not want any other truck. So we asked about the 4,down payment, which turns out that they did not have. They had a trade that was not with them. So we informed them at this point we need to see the trade and see if we can get to per month. This occurred Saturday the 3oth of June. On Monday the 2nd of July they came back with the trade. They were accusing us of misleading them regarding the price. Since we never discussed price only payment I can only assume that they saw the price on the internet over the weekend was placed at 29,995. We did the market analysis and priced the vehicle at 29,995. While the customer was here on Saturday in order to get anywhere near the desired payment we were discounting the truck to 26,which is our cost. Once again this was never discussed on Saturday only payment. We informed them we were selling it at cost to try and get the lowest payment for them, and still needed to evaluate the trade in order to see the final figures. The customer did not want to do this. Since the customer consistently wished the desire to be at per month we tried every angle to achieve that payment, but was not ultimately given that opportunity without appraising the trade. We never were informed about their desire to pay 22,until the following Monday, but offered to sell the truck at cost which is what we had been doing since Saturday

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr*** answer does not seem in any way to resolve my warranty repair issue. I am very sorry to read that Mr*** incorrectly states I was unhappy with the wait to for the part to repair the vehicle. I understood completely that a few days would be required to receive the part. Also, the day I was picking up my vehicle and this unfortunate incident occurred, I called early in the day to inquire only as to the vehicle status and he told me I could get it anytime. My wife and I get off at about 3:so I said we would be in then. Also, inaccurate in his response, I did not go through or move any papers on the desk. As I waited to get my keys I originally thought I would just leave them there since my wife had already left in the vehicle with the other set and we would be bringing the car back on Friday, but I saw my key lying on top with my name on it so rather than bother him on the phone, I just picked them up and was leaving, please understand, there was no charge no bill, no signature required. At that time, Mr*** bothered to speak to me in a very aggressive almost threatening tone. In fact, the next day he called repeatedly my place of employment and my cell phone in what seemed to be a threatening manner. His call was never intended to be one of resolution to a problem but rather a "screw you and get out of my face" call. He never offered any possibility of any resolution. He made a strong point of saying that the Owner Mr***and approved of his decision suggesting to me that I can't win no matter what the facts and truth areI now realize that my complaints regarding the management and it's culture at this business was misplaced as T*** *** is the manger in charge. Therefore complaining about poor service and attitudes directly reflects his management. Had I known this, I would have taken my complaint to someone else. Lastly I will only say that if anyone would look at previous complaints either here at the Revdex.com, google rating or anywhere else, there is a pattern of dishonesty and blame that reflects directly on the management of the company. I have no hope so I will just tell everyone of my experiences and let them choose.
