On May a Dodge Ram Cummins diesel was dropped off about2:30with the keys in itWe met went over the work to be doneBefore bringing it in, to times he said he was dropping it off a few months before off & onAny of those times it did not show upI still take work in so he
looses his spot for no showI said a month or twoHe changed it from a insurance claim to a custom paint & body repair which brings the price upI was repairing things that were not in the insurance claim , rust , welding, box panels, rocker repair, custom paint, airbrush Art & colors skulls down each side of the truck , & a grim reaper on the hoodWork has been done , was not sitting with without any work done to the truckI have many photos of the work done on truckI did answer & I did miss some, I also have a brother in law with Alzheimer's I help my wife with he knew .& he did stop a few times so he knows it was worked onIt was close to the final stages, it's just how it goes with custom work you can run into unexpected things then it takes more time I told him thisHe was rude with on the phone or text messI have the texts, & photosHe said he worked on it , he did not he brought it here dirty & muddy so I also had to clean it Then I had to put it back together that takes time which is at a cost $ I have photosCustom paint jobs are far more expensive than a insurance claimA lot more material, man hoursI said if you need a vehicle you could borrow my truck or van he never answeredI had it about months not In that time my mom died of Parkinson's disease he knew that & I would be in & outHe saw it apart the box off , the inside apart, prep & body work , the welding so on.I had spoken with insurance agents the adjuster , he has been a problem with them ,they were dropping him, they said he gave some other shops a hassle alsoHe wanted the insurance agent to come & look at some parts from the damage the agent didn't want to deal with him he told me ,all the agents basically said oh randy *** again He said he's getting divorced his wife is on his tail so onSo he asked me to put it together so he can pick it upI said I would like to finish for himI said he could borrow a vehicleHe spent his check on the amount of work done , if he would of went the insurance work route that is what would of been done he chose custom work which is more expensive I have photosI take work in all the time I'm a business & if you don't show I'm not gonna twiddle my thumbs till he decides to drop it off& also my brother died weeks later I love what I do I said I'd finish the truck At that time he knows this alsoThanks

Again the truck was dropped offMay 17&spiked upSeptember 17as he asked & he picked it up. That is not 5 months. Again he was to drop it off many times prior no show. I worked with the husband not his wife . & my mother & my brother dieing is NOT  a excuse or misfortune & my wife's brother with Alzheimer's . The trucks interior was removed, the truck box was removed, fender panels were cut out & new ones welded in, bumpers removed & repair work on the front & work on the rear bumper, hood removed grill parts so on repairs & under the hood prepared & painted , back of cab repaired & painted, back of truck box repaired & painted , dents on truck box repaired , lights removed door handles n inside, dents on doors repaired , rocker repaired welded , front fender dents repaired , body sanded ,prepared , primed & blocked  several times , wheels removed, rusted step bars removed & his lights on bottom of truck, time was involved in removing & replacing truck box, putting all the parts back on , the interior, the doors also. Again I have photos of all the work I did . As you can see it was more than just sanded & sitting there . I said I will finish it . He said he was going to pick it up. Not his wife. I did not work with or meet or go over this job to be done with her . He chose to pick it up. It was more than 1 adjuster & others . It's not a botch job. He wanted to pick it up I have his text stating exactly what he said. Again I have photos. I said I would finish , he chose to pick it up . A custom paint & airbrush, body repair, welding is more than the insurance amount he knows that & used it towards the custom paint he didn't tell me he was selling it does not matter to me. Anyone in the type of business knows the amount of work that goes into custom work . Like I said he picked it up as requested onsept. 17. So that meant I had to spend time on putting it back together when it was apart for the work. I worked with him not her...

The check for the work was cashed before the work was completed then said it was all used up before the main problem was even fixed. There was no rush because he had his money. The fact that the adjuster had a problem with my husband is irrelevant in the situation and does not fix the problem. Even if we decided we didnt want the paint after taking 5 months of hardly doing anything we couldn't because it was already sanded. It sat sanded for months without being touched. Our vehicle sat as others were being taken in and worked on. Maybe one project should get started before others especially with all the excuses and misforturnes that happened during this time. There was no rush because he had his money and check cashed long before anything was even close to being done. You have time to work on other vehicles and art projects get the vehicle done that was supposed to be done in a month not 5! Now we sit with lots of work needed done yet because of the half botch job that was done.
