After a complete investigation, unfortunately, the damage found was not caused by a loss covered by the customer's policy Therefore, the claim was denied The company has explained both in writing and verbally the reasons for the denial Upon receipt of this inquiry, we followed up by phone and in writing with contact information for a Team Lead should the customer have any further questions on the claim

Since the time of this inquiry, a leak detection service has been to the customer’s home and the carrier has followed up directly with the customer regarding the findings to address their concern

This is a claim for damages from Hurricane IrmaOnce the inspection was completed and reviewed, a claim determination was madeThe carrier has been in direct contact with the consumer to address their concerns and resolve the claim

It is unfortunate that this same error was repeated, we are reviewing our
