From: John LC*** Sent: Tuesday, September 26, 5:PM To: *** Subject: Complaint ID *** Hi ***, I have had Mr***’s information taken out our system based on the information he provided in his original complaintI also had him blocked from our system to ensure it would not be re-addedI was unable to update the complaint itself so if you add this I would appreciate itThanks, John

I am rejecting this response because:
John, I knew you were going to start asking ME to verify when your harassment started,That's not going to happenYou lack of records regarding my countless complaints speaks volumes as to how your business is runI have my recordsI'm not going to compile them for YOUR benefitWhy should I do anything to help any person or business who has been causing me and my family unnecessary pain and suffering after telling you time after time to STOP harassing me and my family with your brochures being mailed to my home? The fact that you are asking me to tell you when you started harassing me tells me that your record keeping is horribleGet your records in order and get back to me when you have ALL the facts concerning my complaint in front of youCome prepared or don't come at allYou should be ashamed of the fact that you have to ask ME to supply you with facts about YOUR actionsMy complaint standsI want my review posted on the Revdex.com websiteMy complaint is NOT resolvedI'm sick of companies like yours who only respond to their customers wishes when you play hardball with themLet the game begin! If you want to take it to the next level, let me know and I'll notify my attorney and start a class action suit

company is questioning my credibility. They stated that they doubt what I am saying true. I reiterate.I have been receiving mail to my home from JR Cigars via the USPS (United States Parcel Service) since the date I stated. Again, I have notified the company via Email, Phone calls and the USPS .Don't question my credibility. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
Are you kidding me? what kind of records are you keeping? If you are saying that I have only been receiving your brochures in 2017, you have got to be kidding me,. Do you keep records of when you mail your brochures out?Do you keep records of complaints made to you by telephone?Do you keep records of complaints made to you via the USPS (United States Postal Service)?Do you keep records of complaints made to you via Email? My most recent complaints to you were on August 7th and August 11th of this year. Are you saying that those are the only complaints to you? My OOMA telephone keeps records of every incoming and outgoing call I make and receive. I've made copies of the codes on every brochure you have sent me. I have printed and saved piles of communication to and from you. \Yes, I AM anal retentive when it comes to harassment to my home via your brochures being delivered to my home via the USPS after I have told you repeatedly to STOP sending brochures advertising tobacco products where children can see and read them. At minimum, you should send your brochures to those who want them in a plain brown envelope so that children can't see them. I personally feel that sending tobacco brochures to households where children bring the mail in and can see your tobacco products should be illegal. It is tantamount to sending them directly to children and therefore promoting the use of tobacco by children. Starting a Class action suit is another issue that I won't discuss here. The fact that you are being dishonest about when you started sending me your brochures or simply negligent in your record keeping speaks volumes. When it comes to Alcohol, Tobacco or Firearms, a different standard in advertising should be established. ESPECIALLY when a vendor of tobacco products keeps sending brochures concerning tobacco after being asked to stop for a number of years and who is now denying it. I don't accept your response. It is not satisfactory.

Mr [redacted],For the purposes of how far back to research this I was just trying to confirm if this has been going on since 2015 (as your initial complaint states) or if it is a typo and it should be 2017. No challenges have been implied or intended. I am simply trying to gather more information to better understand as I work towards a resolution. Thanks, John

For the sake of clarification:Are you stating that JR Cigar has no records of sending brochures to my home and are you saying that JR Cigar has no records of any complaints from me, asking them to stop sending brochures to my home?

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2015/06/10) */
Credit was issued to the customer on 5/16/15
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 18, 2015/06/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't have a choice but to accept their response. ...

However, I feel it took way too long for them to issue the refund and their offer for free shipping on a next purchase is not feasible as the item is no longer in stock. They should change their policy to issue an "Immediate" refund when an item is not delivered, stolen, missing, etc. Or they should re-ship the item immediately upon being reported as non-delivered. If the original order is located it could always be returned. There's no point waiting to hear from the Post Office which is only going to state what they already show online which is that the item was already delivered. The zipcode didn't match so their report was not accurate anyway. I recommend they consult with Amazon on how to treat customer when delivery issues arise.

Hello,I am working with my corporate office to ensure that this customers information is being removed from future mailers. I am however uncertain if this issue actually began in 2015 or if that date is in error. Thanks, John C[redacted]
